Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Geese, a group travel-planning app (“Geese,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Geese.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Geese.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add to Geese (trips, messages, photos, journal entries, documents, and so on). You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the app — including sharing trip content with the members of that trip and using AI features you invoke. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to share it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or that you don’t have the right to share;
• Attempt to disrupt, abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service;
• Access another person’s account or data without permission.

AI features

Geese offers AI-assisted features (such as itinerary suggestions and reading a pasted plan or link into itinerary cards). AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided as a starting point — you should review and confirm it. You remain in control of every item that is saved.

Third-party services

Geese relies on third-party services (for example, hosting, AI, maps, weather, and email) and may link to third-party content. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

Termination

You may stop using Geese and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or its users.

Disclaimers

Geese is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any plan or information is accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geese and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
